I created few plugins. I have correctly placed them in the official repository, here: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/profile/corpodibacco

I recently updated them for WordPress 2.5 compatibility. I carefully created the readme.txt files for each of them, and checked that all the version numbers where correct and everything corresponded.

Anyway: on my blog’s “manage plugins” admin page, not one of the four plugins showed the notice below its line, that a new version was out (let alone giving the ability to upgrade automatically)

Obviously, this feature seem to work with all the other plugins in my “manage plugins” page.
So what am I doing wrong? Why my plugins cannot enjoy this notification/upgrade feature?

    Any ideas?

Is it because you already upgraded your own plugins manually?

No unfortunately it is not because of that, I have a test blog where I manipulate my plugins. My official blogs are never notified of the news.

I mean, what exactly are the requirements to get your plugin upgrade to be notified by wordpress?

see, tonight I updated one of my plugins (lighter admin menus) from 2.5.2 to 2.5.4. On my blog it’s still 2.5.2: but I am not being notified at all!!
