Hi Manuel,
my plugin creates a tmp-directory in your upload-directory (usually that’s “wp-content/uploads/”. The error indicates that some file-rights must go wrong.
- Are you able to upload a new file?
- Is there a directory called “tmp” in your upload-directory?
- If so, what file-permissions does it have/how is the owner?
OK, maybe this questions help you find the problem.
Ciao Volkmar
– i am able to upload file
– no there is no tmp dir ( even if i create a directy named “tmp” i have the same issue )
– even if i change permission to 777 i cant crop or edit the pictures
Sorry but it seems i cant help you.
There has to be still some problems on writing the file if the error-message is unchanged.
You may try to deactivate php-warning – maybe there is some dirty code that “reacts” on your specific server-configuration (i used json to communicate between server and client – the warning may break the json code).
Try also a file with a short name, like 1.jpg (just in case – you used a pretty long filename).
If you found any solution it would be great if you message me.
