   I've already seen the list of WP Friendly hosts.... but I've been with 2 of them already and so, I'm looking for suggestions from ppl here.

   Right now, my blog is with lunarpages - good host on static pages, but awful with load times on php (regardless of caching plugins, running different cronjob setups, optimizations, or just basic streamlined w/out anything, etc).

   My blog is lite, meaning good amount of traffic, but not bogged down with too many extras. It *should* be loading fast, consistently, but good load times are always hit or miss, usually miss.

   Even diddling around in Admin takes for-e-ver.

   Can anyone suggest a good host with RELIABLE php load times?

   Please??

   ...and I'm getting a 404 (not a good sign?)

   I see on this page, (right column) someone just made a post titled "I'm unable to sign up"

   A Small Orange does have a good reputation, comparing to other web hosts out there (I am not a customer). Personally I have been with 1and1 for two years and it's been good to my blog, although a lot of people have problem with it, it might just be case to case.
