Open link in new window

    Using V3.7.1 wp.

    Is there a plugin widget menu that allows an “open link in new window” function?

    I have tried LINKS MANAGER, CUSTOM MENU WIDGET MANAGER, and several others, but cannot find one.

    I want a custom menu to be used as a widget but allows me to order the different links easily and not by some ascending or descending scheme such as filename, ID, rating or whatever.

    Then I want to to be selectable to have that menu item open in a new window.

    I am using an external gallery which does not have a link back to home page.
