How do sort pages by specified order

    [display-posts id=”2,12,187,188″ orderby=”post__id” include_excerpt=”true” post_type=”page” image_size=”homepage-thumbnail” wrapper=”div”]

    My pages are not being displayed in the order specified.
    I actually see them in this order: 12, 2, 188, 187

    Am I using it wrong? Should I be specifying order=”ASC”?
