Hi! First of all great plugin, Im using it on 3 of my websites.

I have a question I would like to ask. How do I put post link above post thumbnail?

This is a CSS issue. The link and thumbnail have the CSS classes .post-link and .post-thumbnail respectively. You need to adjust the floats, or possibly use relative positioning, to move them where you want.
