Different admin language

Really wish I could choose admin language and keep my translated site at the same time, this seems to be impossible in WP. I cant have one language in the admin interface and another localized site language. This plug-in doesn’t offer a solution cause it forces you to have ONE language in both front and back-end, there’s no way around.
