• Hi, I have just purchased and installed the Video SEO plugin.

And it seems to be fantastic and hope google doesn’t mind me linking to videos from legitimate YouTube official channels.

Anyway, I have run into a problem with indexing.

After indexing around 960 videos, it shows such an error as

Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes).

My site’s url is http://www.koreaobserver.com/ktube and its sitemap is http://www.koreaobserver.com/ktube/video-sitemap7.xml

So I reindexed videos with and without “Force reindex of already indexed video’s.” option, hoping that more videos will added to the video sitemap.

Nevertheless, only 950 videos were indexed again and again.

I have several thousands of videos and hope they will all be indexed properly.

Is there a way to do so.

Also I was wondering whether I need to submit the video xml to the Google Webmaster’s Tool since the video pages’ sitemap has already been submitted.

When I submit the video xml, I have encountered with some warnings about duplicate content and have been wondering it is because of submitting two sitemaps for the same content.

    Regards.

Thank you for your reply, esmi.

It has been quite frustrating for me to figure out where to ask questions for the Video SEO plugin by Yoast.

The support links on Yoast’s website doesn’t lead to anywhere similar to a forum or contact details of the support staff.

As I couldn’t find a forum or helpdesk from his website, I ended up here.

I thought this would be the most appropriate way of contacting the plugin developer.

Anyway, quite disappointed with Yoast with regard to the plugin support.

I’m not sure that it’ll work but you may want to create one index video xml file and just put links to smaller files.
