Conflict with function get_fields

    hi! I’ve already used ACF and I’ve not had any problem…
    this time I can’t install plugin because it returns this error:

    Fatal error:
    Cannot redeclare get_fields() (previously declared in
    /MY THEME ROOT/acf/core/api.php:16) in
    /MY PLUGIN ROOT/advanced-custom-fields/core/api.php on line 241

    I’m using a theme that declare same funcions because it use its fields.
    If I delete get_fields funtion error change with another function name to infinity….
