wp-postratings wp super cache

hi again,
tell me what is the best way to put together wp-postratings + wp super cache ?
what i observe now is that voting works fine, but i can not see immediately votes in front. probably because i am viewing the cached version of the page before the vote has been.
maybe there is a way to exclude wp-postratings from cache?
or maybe it is the way things are and no easy solution possible?you can test my behaviour here => http://www.psybient.org
he is runnign all updates with 3.7.1 WP
