  • Try checking your site’s error logs for a more specific error message. Your hosts should be able to help you accessing your site’s error logs.

    EMAIL FROM PRO PHOTO –
server’s error logs and even showed them to our lead developer to get his thoughts and he said he’s never seen the error that your server is generating:

[06-Nov-2013 00:28:12 Australia/Perth] PHP Fatal error: Directive ‘allow_call_time_pass_reference’ is no longer available in PHP in Unknown on line 0

    Try:
    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

I go to Installatron, which is through crazy domains, my hosting manger. I head to my site in wordpress applications and go to my site, go to edit then i get this

    Error
PHP for the selected domain has failed.

{installatron} is unable to install to a domain where PHP is not working.

Your hosting provider can help you resolve this error.

Error code: 1; HTTP code: 500

You need to contact your hosts about this.

thanks, that i have done and they ca’t figure it out either!

Neither can we. Installatron has nothing to do with WordPress.

Thanks, it’s like though that my wordpress account is down cause otherwise I’d be able to log in still and I can’t. WordPress does not recognise my username at all and won’t resend passwords etc to email address

wordpress.org distributes and documents the WordPress application but has no connection with any site running that software. You need to contact your hosts about this as it is obviously a server issue – not a WordPress one.

It looks like Dan at ProPhoto Tech Support is already helping you by looking into this issue, and it appears that the PHP system on your web server has some deeper problems beyond our ability to support.
As esmi suggested, the errors on your server and the trouble you’re having do not appear to be related to your ProPhoto Theme, your WordPress software, or your username/password – there is a deeper issue that needs to be sorted out on the server.
Please ask your web hosting company to help troubleshoot the problems your server’s PHP engine are having with the modules reported in your error log, or ask them to migrate your site to another server.
Please continue to work with Dan if you have trouble getting WordPress or ProPhoto working once the server problems have been sorted out.
