Loving 2.5…except for one thing: comment moderation.
I’m not sure if I can pinpoint the exact usability concern I have – perhaps it’s the smaller font that makes “Unapproved” comments not stand out among the approved comments. Perhaps it is an issue with highlighting. In any event, at times when I try to approve a few comments in bulk, sometimes I’ll overlook one or two, and it’s starting to get frustrating.
Granted, I can go to the Awaiting Moderation tab, but when I hit the “Approve it” link from an email notification, the approved comment takes me straight to the particular post’s comments versus the “awaiting moderation” tab. And that’s where I overlook a lot of these comments.
