cache will help your site load quicker for users. If you have made a change to your site for example a css change and you havent seen it change live then I would empty your cache. Otherwise id leave the cache as it is.

Not quite sure what you mean, when you are on the visual tab you will have a menu where you can add pictures and so on. For example you would hilight text then click the ‘B’ button to make that text bold. If you click on the text tab it will show how the content is coded into the page.
Is it not letting you click the tabs?

there is no option for visual and text tabs. it shows only text format.
Do some troubleshooting. Deactivate plugins individually to see if they are causing the problem also try changing back to a default theme, if you still have the problem its probably your theme.

earlier it was working good, i have the problem since 2 days. i thought i was by slow net connection, i boost my connection at enough speed but there is no change. even i haven’t install any plugin since last 10 daysi don’t know what happened to my site?
Go to dashboard, users, your profile and check visual editor settings.

i would like to go back to the begining. When i add a photo to my website it does not show on my other computer where i often look up my site.
Will emptying object cache help, to force the browser to show that photo i added?
