Top Banner Ad in Exray Theme not Showing

    I am using and liking Exray Theme for my site rambansal.in but I am facing a problem in display of the top banner ad, though I have uploaded an image with a link url. Please guide me where I have gone wrong.

    Hello rambansal5,

    Did you checked the Display Top Ad options? You have to check it to display the top Ad banner, and then press Save & Publish button. If for some reasons it’s not working, remove the already uploaded image, unchecked the Display top Ad option, press save & publish button.

    After that, open the customizer again, checked Display top Ad option, upload your banner Ad again, then press save & publish button. I hope it works for you.

    The Top banner area will be widgetized in the next update, so you can add your own widget there.

    This is a known bugs. Will be fixed on the next update.
