Manage / Files in 2.5 Missing?

    Where is the file editor in 2.5? It used to be under manage/files. This is where many people edit their .htaccess and plugin stylesheets. Not seeing anything about it in the forums yet, insight would be appreciated.

    It’s under “Design”, now.

    I’m seeing the theme editor – but not the file editor. Used to be able to put the file location in there and edit under manage/files. 🙂

    I do not see it under Design, either. Can’t find it anywhere.

    Has this question been answered elsewhere? I need to edit the .htaccess file and can’t find the file editor in v2.5.

    My site is showing this message, what to do?

    Like chadward, I need to edit my .htaccess file, but file management not accessible in 2.5. Why was this removed?
