Known issue with 1.5.0

Major refactoring has taken place in v1.5.0. Also, the mechanism that manages the settings has been re-designed.

Although all your settings from previous versions of the plugin should have been migrated automatically, this does not happen for the setting that contains the URL to the page containing extra terms and conditions.

If you had filled in a URL in that field, the value will be missing after upgrading to v1.5.0. Please, fill this field again and save the settings. Everything should be fine after that.
