No thumbnails at all!

Hi Guys,
I am getting no thumbnails at all. It was working fine for a couple of galleries but now its not creating thumbnails at all! I have even bulk edited to create new but that doesnt work either. I have deleted the gallery and created it from scratch, still nothing.
I havent installed anything new to cause the break. Any thoughts on this?
