    I searched for about 45 minutes, trying to find various “drag and drop category ordering” plugins — and though I found a lot, all they did was reorganize the ORDER not the HIERARCHY.

    THIS plugin, however, does just that and a lot more. Extremely handy and useful for cleaning up a 8 year old blog with over 100 categories.
