useless error message. Any ideas where to look?

I keep getting this error when i have debugging on, but is of no help to me since it does not tell me what script, or what file this error is happening or being called since its on every page. I can say that it is not theme related. Happens in any theme i activate. What i do have active is buddypress. Im trying figure if this may be the cause for some of my random 500 internal server errors.
