Grey background around gallery thumbnails

Hi,

The plugin is fantastic as it pulls everything properly to the webpage. However all the pics are displayed with a default grey background which is wider than the thumbnail that is displayed. Can you check http://www.letscre8.com.au/ahs/photogallery/ and let me know what is the problem.
