Nexcellent – no gallery, upload OK – Page View Fails

I have a fresh install of the latest WP. 3.71x

I have installed Nexcellent (new download)

Following are the errors I’ve encountered.

1. wp-content/gallery – script did not create “gallery” directory. Did that manually.

2. Created gallery and uploaded images – ALL OK –

3. Managing Galleries showed all images – ALL OK

4. Click on ADD page – ALL OK

5. Go to page, all seemed proper = [nggallery id=1]

6. Viewing Page gave me the following error
Not Found

The requested URL /2005-shakespeare-retold/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The requested URL is really found at lookbackatme.com/wp-content/gallery/2005-shakespeare-retold.

When I put in the above URL, where it is located on the server, I get just a directory listing of the image names. Clicking on them will bring up the image, but it is simply a server directory listing.
