Looking for a programmer to edit my theme

I’m using a theme called Tydskrif and I want to improve it. It’s not bad but as a journalist, it doesn’t really satisfy what an online newspaper should be … is there someone out there who can edit the theme for me to add a box called “Spotlight” at the top above “Latest Entry” where I can spotlight a particular post for several days regardless of how many other stories are posted (and then displayed in sequence in the “Latest Postings” section?)

This is critical to a newspaper theme, if anyone out there is interested …
