seems like your plugin “wp-e-commerce” is the source of problem. Try deactivating it and see if that resolves the issue.

i would do that for sure… except

when I try to go to
    okletsdoit.com/wp-login

i get that Fatal error… and can’t go anywhere

so what do i do now?

You also need to deactivate or change the name of cms-members18 to cms-members18-old

I am having the same problem and cannot access WP at all through admin

    @knrbarber:
Despite any similarity in symptoms, your issue is likely to be completely different because of possible differences in physical servers, hosts, plugins, theme, configurations, etc. Posting in an existing topic prevents from being able to track issues by topic. Also, it’s easier for volunteers to help you if you have your own topic. Thus, your own thread is likely to get more responses, specific to your issue.
Therefore, please start your own thread per the forum guidelines: http://codex.wordpress.org/Forum_Welcome#Where_To_Post 🙂

    hi Tara – kmessinger,

So i’m still unable to get past this Fatal error message when I log in to okletsdoit.com/wp-admin

what should I do to get to my dashboard…

i know it makes sense for me to uninstall the plugin that messed everything up…

but I can’t get to my dashboard

    HELP

    PLEASE!!

    THANK YOU!!!

You need to use FTP or Cpanel to access your site files on the server – ask your hosting company for help if you do not know how to do that. Also see:

    http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients

Once you are connected, find the plugins folder here:

    wp-content
      plugins
wp-e-commerce RENAME OR DELETE THIS FOLDER

No, these 100% volunteer forums are the only help WordPress.ORG offers, but there’s usually someone around without a few hours to answer questions. If you ever need more urgent or personal support, you could consider posting a job listing here:
