Possible storewide discount?

    Hello! I have basically two categories. Wristbands and Keybands.

    There are 4 designs to each keyband and wristband. Each deign comes in 2 variation colours.
    I want people to be able to mix, if they buy 2 or more products they get 23% discount (no matter what they buy). Most people buy different items.

    Fore xample they buy a wristband of design 1 and a wristband of design 3. That should trigger the discount.. Possible?
