Video: Sound but no display?

Hi All,

I’ve been having this problem for some time now. I have an ad code, which is a video. Well it’s a video wrapped in a video portal. I have two codes, one in which the video must be clicked to start (Which displays fine), and one in which the video auto starts (problem.

WHen added, and looked at front-end, The video auto starts and the sound comes on, but cannot see the video. In Chrome you can see the wrapper around it, in Firefox i see nothing.

I have used Javascript adder, Video Adder and HTML adder and all have the same results.
