Subdomain has disappeared!!

    I have multisite setup and all the subdomains are working fine, but one. It had been working for months with no problems. I just discovered that it was not working today. When I go to the “super admin panel > Sites” the site is listed and it has switched to the primary url. When I look at domain mapping it is correctly pointing to the correct domain. When I go to visit the subdomain website it says “Error establishing a database connection”. I checked godaddy and it is pointing to the correct name servers.

    Help!

    Why is a subdomain mapped? Is this a separate domain?

    Can you get to the site if you turn off mapping and go to it’s normal URL?

    Thank you for your help Mika.
    It is a separate domain.
    I removed domain mapping and getting the error “Server not found” when I try to go to the dashboard.

    It was a hosting problem, Broken database.
    They fixed it. Thank you for your help! 🙂
