How to install posterous 'wordpress-ready' export?

All,

A friend of mine exported his posterous blog and he sent me the export.

What he got was what looks like an entire wordpress site – wp-admin, wp-content, and wp-includes folders, and a whole slew of wp-whatever.php files.

Any thoughts on how to build that back into an existing wordpress site?
