When upgrading WordPress to 3.7.1
and then auto upgrading your plugin to 1.3.3 I get:

The plugin menu-social-icons/menu-social-icons.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.

The same has happened on two installs.

WordPress can sometimes fail to reactivate a plugin if the plugin file name is changed. You should be able to manually reactivate the plugin immediately after the upgrade.
