Just wondering what cryptic sequence of menus I need to click through to disable gzip compression in WordPress 2.5

I want to enable the WP-Cache plugin but of course cannot until I disable gzip, however I can’t for the life of me find the option. I’ve searched every menu!

    Thanks

  • GZIP compression is gone, starting with WordPress 2.5, so you don’t need to disable it.

Oh. Well that explains that then. Sorry. 🙂

I suppose there’ll be an updated WP-Cache plugin at some stage?

GG with the ignoring this topic. It’s not resolved, wp-cache does not work.

WP-Cache has been superceded by WP-Super-Cache, which has an option to enable or disable gzipping as you please.
