Blog Content Not Appearing

    I have the posts working properly posting to the page I intend them, but when I click on the title of the post to get to the full page, it shows nothing but the header and nav of my site and nothing of the content that should be on the blog post page.

    What am I doing wrong?

    The page the posts are correctly posting to is:

    Click on the title or the Read More –> link for the blog post and you’ll see what I mean when the page it takes you to is blank.

    Hi Cohesive,

    Not sure what’s happening here.

    A few questions:

    1. Have you customized the posts_loop_template.php file?
    2. Permalinks shouldn’t be an issue, but have you tried rebuilding Permalinks by visiting Admin > Settings > Permalinks
    3. Have you tried disabling other plugins temporarily to see if you might have a conflict?
    4. What’s the exact shortcode you’re using in the blog page?

    I haven’t edited the loop file but I will take a look at it to see if I can find anything.

    Our Permalinks are configured using a custom format that was created by the site designer so I can’t mess with that for now.

    I will work on the plugins to find out if I can identify one that would be the source of them problem.

    The shortcode I’m using is tied to a plugin called Posts In Page that lets me assign posts of a certain category to an inner page that is not the Homepage. The exact shortcode for posts that are assigned to my Blog post category is:

    [ic_add_posts category=’blog’]
