Reviews not showing on page

Hi,
my review page is http://nancych.com/testimonials/

When I approved the first review, the page looked fine. When the second review came and I approved it, the plugin, and a simple slider I have on that page disappeared.
I removed the slider so that only the reviews are on that page, but that did not fix the problem.
Any help would be welcome.
