Post Date does not show up

    Just noticing that the post dates on the 2012 theme shows the date at the bottom of the post and the comments under the post title???? Has this always been this way???? I just want the basic post layout with the post title and the date on the top like it’s ALWAYS been.

    Seems the most recent updates on WordPress and themes has caused many issues for my designs. I don’t remember these themes being this way. The date has always displayed with the post titles before, now they are not. Is there a new setting somewhere that I need to check?????
