Front Page display settings gone after upgrade to 3.7

Hello,

I just upgraded today and am trying to set a static front page / blog page, however as shown here http://screencast.com/t/E9U0VVHev62 the Front Page display settings are not on the page anymore.

Any thoughts will help.
