Jetpack broken in WP 3.7

The above shows in the Stats area even thought the stats seem to work.

Almost done. Before WordPress.com Connect can finish activating, you’ll need to register your website as an application on WordPress.com

I get the above after upgrading WordPress to 3.7. I have thr application and it is entered in my WordPress. Even if I deactivate the SordPress Connect, there same error happens.

I guess Jetpack 2.5 isn’t fully compatible with WordPress 3.7? Please advise and/or fix.
