Image huge on Ipad Different things displaying on different devices

I noticed the image of a post on ipad is huge and distorted. On desktop and iphone its a regular thumb.

Also on the ipad is says 0 people have saw this. My client has almost 11,000 fans and sure that would be seen as most of his post are seen by thousands.

One other thing is that the desktop is the only one that you see the exerpt of the post?

Do you know what is causing these issues?
