    Does other shortcodes work in your blog?

    Yes, everything is working. I tried the [auth] & [/auth] tags this morning after WP update also and still not working.

    I was tested on the WordPress 3.8 too.
    But I can not find problem.

    Maybe, It is conflicts with other plugins or your theme.

    I’m sorry for not being helpful.
    Please let me know the cause if you will get it.

    I am using the Spun theme and the [auth] tags are being applied on pages instead of posts if that helps. Thanks
