verify website for pinterest

    I have a pinterest account and it said to download the file: pinterest-a955f.html to my website: thesweetnetwork.com in order to verify my website with them. It also gave an option to add this meta tag: <meta name=”p:domain_verify” content=”a955fd416ef76d11fd44c8d3d063687a”/> to the <head> of my index.html file or equivalent. I am not sure how to do either.
