I came across your attempt at the Support Ticket plugin and am very sad you have stopped on the development of this. It is EXACTLY what I am looking for. My only problem with it as it stands is that it doesn’t allow for more advanced fields such as date, time, number, telephone, etc. My problem with other systems is that they do not let you create multiple forms. I need to you several different forms on the same site. This is really the only one that does what I need, but over 2 years without an update is a problem going forward.
Would you consider adding it to the core Contact Form 7 functionality or revising the Ticketing System plugin to update this functionality.
