Need your suggestion for theme

Hi,

I have installed word press and the basic idea of the website is that we will send login information for people who were successful in their professions (business, software, etc).

We will request them to write their success stories in our website.

Request you to kindly help me out in finding a theme which will show the user photo in the blog/story. I am also looking for a widget/plugin which will show the photos of the users of the website on the right hand side of the screen.

I have checked with number of themes, but couldn’t find one.
