Validates after upload

A good idea, but the validation occurs after the file has been uploaded, not before.

So if you want to avoid someone uploading an enormous photo taken on their phone without resizing it, for example, they have to wait 20 seconds for the image to upload before being told it is too big.

To be useful this plug-in needs to validate the files before uploading.
