Different redirection link for different Radio Button

    Hi,
    Thanks for this great plugin. I have been using it for years.
    I’m developing a site where I need some customization on the Radio Button.

    I’ve used two radio button options for “I want to donate by: ” :
    Service Donation
    Paypal

    Whenever a user selects Paypal option and Submits the form S/he should be redirected to Paypal Service.

    Is this possible?
    If yes, then How should I?
