I have an install of WordPress 2.5-RC2, and the permalink option for tags is not working properly.
I have set the tag base to /tag/ and if I type in 'http://www.domain.com/tag/test-tag' it works fine, however the links that are generated at the end of each page display as:
http://www.domain.com/?taxonomy=post_tag&term=test-tag
Is there anyway to make the URL at the end of each post link to the permalink? Is this a bug? TIA

I second this question. Tried the same '/tag/' tag base to no avail. Also find 'http://www.domain.com/tag/test-tag' continues to work fine in my tag cloud!
Will RC3 or the full 2.5 release fix this, or do we try to solve this via mod_rewrite?

Just installed the full release of WP2.5 and the problem appears to be resolved!

I'm still having this problem in WP 2.5.1.
