   I went throug the whole process of downloading word press..
   changing config file
   transfering the wordpress files to .. public html folder
   and i type in the installation link
   and it still brings me to the same thing ..

   Perhaps you haven't changed your nameservers?

   well my site is hosted.. i have tried everything i just uninstalled everything and started from scratch and same result.. whenever i go to try and install wordpress the install.php link doesnt work it brings me right back to my site
