Captcha image refresh/reload not working

Plugin works great, not sure why so many people rant about how awful it is on these forums. Usually means they created their own theme and did not do it correctly!

Anyway, I just updated to the latest version of the plugin and now the refresh/reload button under the captcha image simply acts as a blank anchor tag and brings the user to the top of the page. I do not believe I had made any hardcode adjustments in the past and since I updated to the latest plugin I assume that would have been overridden anyway. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
