Changing Text Based on Search Query

    I’m wondering if it is possible to have a single word that changes based on a users search term in Google, for example:

    Flower Shops in Birmingham

    I want the word “Birmingham” to change so that it reads whatever city they have entered.

    I’ve seen this done using labels, but i.m not sure how it was achieved…

    Can anyone help?
