   I would like to include a "Featured Artist" or Artist of the month kind of deal. Each Artist could have rights over their own page and update it. One adminsitrator should be able to relegate or promote the artist's page to Featured Artist as required. Site Users/visitors should be able to ask questions on the page of the artist.

   Is that tricky?

   I don't know how else to ask and after hours of surfing, haven't really come accross anything like it that provides inspiration...
