Pushing into own site (5 posts)

So am trying to use WP and understand how to set it up and all, but I am trying to figure out the best way to integrate it into my site. Here is my wp site (not finished):

    http://mlmoments.com/wpblog/

And then the site it is integrating into:

    http://www.mlmoments.com

See, I want to try and keep that menu at the top and any info below. Thought about using my blog site as an inline frame to my main site, but do not think that would workout to well. How have others done this and made it look natural and nice? Is there maybe a program or plugin that assist with this?

Also, in terms of the themes, I understand they control the content, color(s), positioning of things within the blog and that this can be controled through the interface. So with that said, and hopefully correctly, is it easy to assume I sohuld be able to match colors or whatever by simply selecting a theme, modifying the colors, and then saving my changes? By going this route and if integrated into my site, will this update automatically as well? Am assuming so, but thought I would ask.

Thanks much for any input and assistance you can give!

It's possible to make your WP theme look like the layout of the main site, but it's not going to be easy! Best thing to start is to find a theme that looks roughly like your html site (with navigation on the header, etc.) and then start changing colours and the like in the style.css.

What I mean is, how can I get it into a page? Will I have to use an inline from or something like that? See, there is conten on each page in my website that needs to be on this page as well. I know that I will need to tweak an existing theme to get the colors and layout I need/want. Thanks for info!

I'm no longer sure what you mean. I myself have top (header) navigation and some links are internal WP links, others just refer to another WP installation, an html section or whatever. The same menu I made above the html section (and the other WP installations). That's easy, but I don't know if that is what you refer to.
