    Hello,
there shouldn’t be any issues with using Chrome. I did test your site (on Windows 7, Archlinux, OSX, all latest Chrome versions), name and email fields did show up correctly.

I checked and could see the fields. http://tinyurl.com/kufdvov

The reason the fields may be hidden for you, is that you already participated in the contest, and thus cannot enter data again, to prevent multiple submissions.

Try using incognito mode and you will see the fields again.

    Hello,
    thank you for the report.

I think you actually can write inside the text inputs, you just can’t see it. Theme CSS sets the inputs to a small height and you can’t see the text due to line-height.

The other issue (the javascript one) is actually worse. We are using a deprecated function in our script, that was removed in jQuery 1.9+. We will fix this in the next update.
