Display posts under month in archive

Hi!

I’d like to create an archive that lists posts under a month header.

So:

October 2013
• Post title 1
• Post title 2
• Post title 3

September 2013
• Post title 1
• Post title 2
• Post title 3

August 2013
• Post title 1
• Post title 2
• Post title 3

. . . and, if possible, only show one year per page! So, uhhh, I guess it’s paginated too.

Is this possible? Probably. I’ve seen a few threads that deal with something similar, but I had issues where the months would repeat themselves, showing some posts under one October 2013, and some posts under another October 2013 (for no obvious reason (to me)).

Can anyone help me out? Thanks!
