Hi There:
I have a big problem; it’s been quite awhile since I made major changes in WordPress, and right now I’m in a bind.
I have a web site for my radio show, velanche.com. If you click on some of the menu items, all of them were categories, which ends up with an error that you will see when you click on them.
For instance, for my current radio show, even if I were to type it out as velanche.com/category/playtime, instead of showing up as pages based on the category, it comes up with the page not found error. I suspect that something broke, but not sure what that is.
I had swapped themes to test it. Unfortunately, something broke a few years ago which no longer allows me to preview themes privately. I’d have to make it live to view it. Well I had a theme I tested, which needs some work. But when I chose the theme I was using, that’s when havoc struck.
I went into the Menu area of Appearance to recreate the portion of the menu based on the select categories I’ve chosen from the left side to make them active. But again, clicking on any of them brings up the error.
I’m in a bind, because no one can access either my current show, or archives of my previous show, or any other category page. I could really use some guidance to get this fix as soon as possible. Thanks for reading; looking forward to the help!
Yes, just found out it is working again. Not sure what happened, or if having to resave the menu again did it. But….works now. Thanks for getting back to me!
